Legacy Life Group (“the Company,” “We,” or “Us”) acknowledges and safeguards your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information, including SMS text messages, under applicable laws and A2P 10DLC regulations.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to information we collect:

  • On our website (www.legacylifegrp.com), including our contact form and appointment booking pages.
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and Legacy Life Group.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Data collected offline or through other means.
  • Websites we link to but do not operate. Their own privacy policies apply.

Consent to Policy & Communications

By using our website or providing your contact information, you consent to this Privacy Policy. We may update this policy periodically, and continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, for example by checking a text message consent box on our contact form or booking form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Legacy Life Group about your inquiry, appointments, and services. These messages may be sent using automated technology. We send marketing text messages only if you separately agree to receive them.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time.
